ASI Inc. is a consumer reporting agency (“CRA”) and, among other services, ASI Inc. provides consumer reports and investigative consumer reports (collectively, "Screening Reports") as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA") and applicable state laws. In utilizing ASI Inc.’s services, you are considered a “user” of consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports under the FCRA and applicable state law. ASI Inc. will furnish User with Screening Reports for employment purposes conditioned upon said User’s compliance with this Agreement and fulfillment of all of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

ASI Inc. provides its service to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our Site you accept these conditions.

This Web Site is intended solely for the purpose of providing general information as it relates to Extended Service Contracts. You must refer to your actual Contract for Terms & Conditions, Exclusions, claim handling, etc. Copies of Terms & Conditions are available on our Site for your reference only and may change from time to time without notice.

ASI Inc. may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability discontinue or alter any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, (a) restricting the time of availability, (b) restricting the availability and/or scope of the Site for certain platforms (i.e., computer types and operating systems), (c) restricting the amount of use permitted, and (d) restricting or terminating any User’s right to use the Site.

ASI Inc. shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, ASI Inc. shall have the right to remove any material that ASI Inc., in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable.

Delivery, Return and Refund Policy: Reports purchased through ASI Background Checks are electronically delivered through a pre-authorized customer web portal and are subject the terms and conditions found in the 'ASI Client Service Agreement'. Reports are not eligible for return or refund. If you are not satisfied with the delivery or content of a report please contact ASI at (719) 520-3280.

Pricing Policy: Pricing for Comprehensive Background Check reports ordered through ASI Background Checks are pre-negotiated and can be found in the 'Client Portal and Package Development' document accompanying the 'ASI Client Service Agreement'. Pricing for Instant Background Check and Instant DMV Check reports are displayed prior to submitting the request, and by submitting the request you are agreeing to the displayed pricing.
